Sharing Nature Utility Box

Project Details: Rebecca was chosen by the group the Avenue Concept in Providence, RI to be a part of a muralist cohort, beautifying the city of Providence, Summer 2025. The theme of this cohort was ‘metamorphosis’, and Rebecca was inspired by the role that nature plays in your life. Through the abstracted design, your eye goes back and forth to seeing a nature scene as well as a figure throughout. When you round the corner, a hand is holding out a flower, a kind gesture to anyone who passes. This is a reminder to practice acts of kindness in our community, all while staying grounded and inspired by nature. This was a spray painted utility box and then painted with brushes for finer details.
