Living Gallery Shipping Container Mural

Project Details: Rebecca was commissioned by 11th Hour Racing in Newport, RI to design and paint the surface of a shipping container that acts as a gallery space called Living Gallery. This project required extensive material research, surface prep (sanding, cleaning, and priming the metal surface before any mural painting began). Rebecca and her team ‘live painted’ the mural on Bowen’s Wharf in Newport, RI as part of 11th Hour Racing’s ‘Change maker’s Tour’.

Rebecca worked closely with the client, providing sketches and color sketches before working on the hand painted production of the mural.
